Finally, The Osun state College of Education, Ila Orangun has introduce Attendance Register Routine for Ossce,Ila Staffs.

The Attendance routine statement which released today, November 3rd,2016  stated as follows.

OSUN STAE COLLEG OF EDUCATION, ILA ORANGUN.

ATTENDANCE REGISTER ROUTINE .
CAREFULLY TAKE NOTE OF THE PROCEDURES TO KEEP YOUR JOB. 


1. Ensure you register your presence at work each day by signing the attendance register at the gate.

2. Sign another attendance Register in your Unit or department with your Head of Unit (HOU) or head of Department (HOD).

3. State your activities for each day at the close of work in front of your name to be counter signed by your HOU or HOD.

4. The attendance register should be submitted by the HOUs of HODs to the deans or other senior service head for counter signing each day.

5. The attendance register should be submitted by the deans or other senior service head to the registrar daily.

6. This exercise continues till further notice.
