Welcome Back on Campus -- Ossce Students Union Senate President

WELCOME BACK ON CAMPUS.      
FROM THE DESK OF STUDENT UNION GOVERNMENT SENATE PRESIDENT.   .

The holiday season is now behind us and I want to welcome all staff and students,( both new and returning students) to the campus for the new Semester.

The more people I speak with, the more it becomes clear
what a prominent role the OSSCE plays in OSUN and Nigeria in general. We are looked upon as leader, not only in education, but also in the areas of
community living, culture, business and sport, and it is important that we continue to serve as a hub of positive development for our community.

There are  many successes recorded on campus in terms of our students, and staff leading the way when it comes to nation development. The OSSCE Rotaract Club has been giving helping hands to the needy locally and beyond. Our sports teams have been performing excellently well.

We have many successes to point to, and now we want to
build more on those experiences and bring a new focus to our
community-based initiatives. So that we become such a positive influence on many exemplary levels. There can only be improvement if we are able to
create a platform over which the college building process can be coordinated.

To this end, Sitting of the senators will be convene at the SENATE CHAMBER on Thursday 12th January 2017 by 10am. Critical issues and decisions concerning our union will be discussed and immediate action will be taken.

We are fortunate to be in a position to provide leadership
for social and individual betterment of the entire student. It is important, as responsible global
citizens, we accept that charge.
