INTERVIEW: We Don't Care if they Impeach or Sack, All We Want Is Resumption - Com. Mandela ( OSSCEOLOFOFO.COM )

Following with the ongoing sit down and look that's affecting Osun state college of education, Ila orangun at large, OSSCEOLOFOFO Media took another dynamics way to know how far the matters has gone and also to know the efforts of the National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS) on the issues.

In the Interview that our correspondent had with NANS JCC PRO. Com Mandela today October 6th 2016 at exactly 1:10pm and which lasted for about 45 minute.

The Comrade representing OSun State Students JCC NANS PRO, who is also one of the top Comrade in OSSCE ILA ORANGUN has stated that He does not care whether they Impeach the council Chairman nor the provost, rather All we want is Resumption.

Com. ADEYEMO HAMMED A.K.A MANDELA spoke exclusively to OSSCEOLOFOFO in Ila Orangun.

These are the questions from OSSCEOLOFOFO Media and the reply been given by our amiable Com Mandela.

Question 1: Sir, sequel to the ongoing sit down and look that's affecting osun state college of education, ila orangun, please can we know your action on it . In a nut shell, can we know what you have been doing so far about the resumption.

Answer: Actually, am glad to be with you ossceolofofo in these your media house, now down to your your question. As my office is concern, have take a normal step that i can to see that the ongoing issue is solve fully. And more so, i led a consultation protest to Osun State House of assembly with the aims of meeting the commisioner of education in osun state but in which she is not available but we later forwarded our letter to her office and also proceed to NTA office to pour out our mind.

Question 2: As a number 3 citizen of osun state student chapter, can you tell us what you and the ossce SUG President have been doing about the ongoing crisis between the college staffs and the management so far.

Answer. About the ongoing crisis, though, we have tried our effort to settle the rifts between both parties, but to our own surprise also, the matter is rising everyday. As a matter of facts, the sug president, comrade abdul has been trying his possible best and working hardly underground so as to let the resumption quick as expected. Also, some people are saying, i com. ADEYEMO HAMMED aka Mandela is the one controlling and at the same time commanding the sug president but no, am saying this again, that am not controlling nor commanding the SUG President just that, we work hand in hand as for the ongoing matter to be resolved successfully. Though, i and the SUG President came from one political movement and this what make us to be working together. In addition, every student should know that, someone cannot be at everywhere at the same time. This must be put as a division of labor, so as for us to see positive result as soon as possible.

Question 3: What action or steps are you taking sir, to ensure the quick resumption of the college and to settle the rifts between the two parties.

Answer: though, we don't have anything with the two parties. All i know, is that if the entire osun state college of education, ila students can come out in mass to show there grievances , then something positive will comes out from it with the plans that has already laid down for the mass protest. But if our state governor cannot come and declare the resumption date, then the protest just started.

Question 4: We heard from the staff union leader when addresing congress on last tuesday that without the removal of the college provost and the council chairman, there is not going to be any resumption for now; our question now is that , please what can you say about that and what do you think can be a way forward on the issue.

Answer: i don't care whether they remove someone or they don't remove, all our concerns for now , is for the state government to declare our resumption date because we wont want a situation whereby, our campus would turn to a prayer ground . All we want is our resumption date..

Question 5: Sir, we receive a mass protest memo that was signed through your office, that there is going to be a large crowd protest in Osogbo on october 10th. Please , can we know the arrangement you have made so far for such event to commence peacefully and end successfully.

Answer: yes, is true that the memo was signed through my office. You know, in a struggle, injury to one is an injury to all. We called upon all tertiary institutions all over nigeria should please come out for this protest so as for this one to be a successful one.
Also, we are urging all nigerian student to come with sheep not goat. In a nutshell, they should all know that the protest is meant to show our grievances not for violence. More also, all our demands will be on post card/ placards on the day of protest and there will be a kind of private security for us, and any students been caught for doing bad act shall be handed to the security.
In addition, irrespective of every member of nans should please let be under one umbrella not to fight for self interest. I.e "service for humanity " .
In conclusion, i will urge all ossce, ila orangun student to please exercise more patient and i promise that there will be a positive news about our resumption as soon as possible.
