Sad as Rainstorm Destroys Houses, Electrics Poles In Ila Orangun, Osun ( PHOTOS )
No fewer than 20 high tension poles, houses were destroyed by heavy wind, during the downpour that occurred on Saturday evening in Ila Orangun, Osun State.
Some of the victims said that the thirty minutes rain started at 4:15pm on Saturday evening started followed with heavy storm pulling off roofs from buildings, destroying electric poles and vehicles.
Our reports also gathered that the downpour was the first in the town in 2017, in which many houses were been destroyed by the strange rain.
Most of the hits part are Owu Oluwa Street in Ila Orangun, Hallelujah Street, Communual street, Oke Ede area and others.
No life was lost, but the areas had been thrown into darkness because of damage caused to electricity infrastructure.
